Toffee 2
I made some more toffee today. I made a square of thin light toffee with red toffee round the outside but it broke. Here is one corner of it.

Recipe for 6 rolls with lettuce

Ingredients:
6 pieces of square flat bread.
125 Alfalfa sprouts.
1 green capsicum.
12 small lettuce leaves.
300g White castello cheese (or brie cheese)
150g Cream-cheese.
Instructions:
1 Set up 2 chopping boards and a plate on a bench.
2 wash the capsicum and lettuce
3 On the first chopping board, cup up the lettice and capsicum
4 Put a piece of flat-bread on the 2nd chopping board
5 Spread 1/6 of the cream-cheese evenly accross the bread
6 Cut 1/6 of the cheese into a few small pieces and put them accross one end of the bread.
7 put 1/6 of the capsicum pieces around the cheese pieces but not within 1cm of the sides.
8 Sprinkle 1/6 of the alfafa over the bread.
9 Roll up bread starting at the end with the cheese pieces and capsicum
10 Squeeze roll to make it stay together
11 Put roll on plate
12 Repeat steps 4 to 11 5 more times
