Healthier Snacks
We have a massive scales built into the floor at work so i check myself on it sometimes. It just occured to me that i weigh nearly 10kg more than the start of last year…which is strange because my job is very physical. So i was thinking it must be what im eating and when i think about it i do eat a lot of junk. Not take away style junk much just pre-packaged food from the supermarket. Since i have a car now i can buy a lot more at once so i got a wider variety of food last time I went shopping. And i have a bag of apricots and peaches that mum gave me. Im going to try to eat more fresh fruit and tinned fruit even. And i will try not to eat meals that are mainly carbohydrate with some sortof sauce on top. Ah how will I feel full? The heat is helping. I havent eaten that much in the last few days because i wasnt hungry because i was too hot
